Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu has postponed his planned visit to Iraq due to his program with President Abdullah Gül.
Davutoğlu’s visit, previously scheduled for Monday, is expected to take place in next week.
Davutoğlu is to visit Iraq to carry out preparatory works ahead of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s participation in the High Level Strategic Cooperation Council meeting to be held in the upcoming months.
Davutoğlu will accompany Gül in his visit to Yemen, slated for Jan. 10-11.
